Bring on the sun.

I don't know if its the weather, my age, the pressure of the day job or maybe a combination of them all but I feel so lethargic at the moment.
I want to write something new but my daily window of opportunity for writing comes at a time of the day when I am absolutely shattered and I can't think straight. I used to find time to write and it wasn't in the time slot I now have so I'm trying to remember who I did it.
Its not just writing though, everything seems a bit of a chore at the moment.
Maybe it'll be easier when it gets warm again - if it ever does. I am so sick of this weather.

Ditto. I get so excited when I see the sun, it's so ridiculous. I start singing that George Harrison song, Here Comes the Sun, then it hides behind a snow cloud. Spring has begun, but I don't feel sprung. Blah!

Me too ( to all that)!

Double ditto. I think the weather is getting everyone down.

How I sympathise. But for some reason I was up early this morning and my mind is as clear as a bell. Giving up alcohol for Lent may have something to do with that! I fear that I will lapse after Sunday. Good wine and good English beer are too enjoyable to forgo forever.

Our solution to this problem was to splash out and get a wood burner in our living room. It belts out heat and light. Just as well, as I enjoy the hassle of flying to warmer climates in winter less and less as I get older.

Happy to report Dr that the sun is shining today and I have felt a lot more energetic.
