New Years resolutions

Don't worry - I'm not going to bore you with a long list because I'm not going to bother with the long list of stuff that I don't stick to.
No I have only one and that is to shift the unhealthy amount of excess weight that I have carried around for too long.
There I've said it now.
As far as writing goes - I'm going to try and do it to the best of my ability.
Here's to 2012.

Good luck with that Colette. Do let me know how you go and if anything in particular works. I need to lose a few kilos too. I only have to look at food and I put weight on. I like your attitude towards writing. May 2012 be a great one for you! :-)

Colette, have you tried the Hay diet? You odn't have to eat hay, but it really does work, and you can eat as much as you like. Look up Doris Grant's book Food Commbining for Health and see what you think.
