Coming out of the closet
I'm still largely in the closet as far as my writing is concerned. Himself knows that I do it and my good friend Tuesday Moon knows too but that's it. I don't even think that my kids know they probably just think that I mess about on a laptop a lot. Anyway, you may recall I told you recently that I had sold a story to The Weekly News and what should my mother-in-law be reading last week but The Weekly News. So if she reads the edition with my story in and she reads the authors names she is bound to ask. I guess the cat will be out of the bag then.

You should have used a pen-name. Oh well, too late now. Will you have a coming out party?
I certainly will be having a comng out party and everyone is invited. There will be good food, good wine and then LOTS & LOTS of dancing. might have used a pen name if Ive been thinking about it and I probably don't need to worry because she will read the name and think that it is someone with the same name as me. I don't suppose it'll occur to her for a second that it is me.
