The above mentioned worked closely with the Writers Bureau which is a course that I did and is probably the reason that her name stuck with me. has anyone ever used her critique service and if so can you recommend her? If you can't I'd be interested in hearing that too.

Jacqui herself, otherwise known as Jenny Hewitt, unfortunately died about 18 months ago. Doug now runs the service, possibly with another editor.
I'm afraid I have no experience of the editing/critiquing service, but Doug has always seemed professional in other matters.
Thanks for that Bernadette. He does seem like a really nice bloke. Sad news about Jenny though = I didn't know that.
