I know that the Weekly News can sometimes be hard to come across (I haven't found a copy yet) so you may not have seen my story "Just the Job," that was in this weeks issue but if any of you have I'd be interested to know what you think. I don't show my writing to anyone but editors and occasionally Jan so I rarely get feedback.
Having said that, if it's not a publication you would normally get please don't feel obliged to buy it on my account.

I would LOVE to read your story Colette, but as I mentioned before I have never yet managed to find a copy of The Weekly News in any shop! I will have another good look around this week though. xx
I'll look out for it. It's one I've not read for a while so it would be good research.
Thanks for the offer Olivia but honestly don't go out of your way. They seem very hard to come by - must ask the mother-in-law where she gets hers from.

I remember one of my aunts reading it every week about 30 odd years ago but it doesn't seem so easy to come across these days. Its worth a look though Helen if you can find a copy.
Our local post office and newsagent used to stock it but they've bloomin' closed down now. I will try and get hold of a copy though :o)
