On Monday I posted a story to People's Friend so they received it at best yesterday morning. It was back on my doormat this morning. When this happens, do you think the story is even read?

Unfortunately, you can't conclude anything from silence.
No there was nothing to be got from that rejection I'm afraid. Like you say Annie there wasn't even time to think about if it would be accepted or not. Sadly there was no feedback and thanks for the hug.

Wow, that doesn't even give you time to wonder if they will reject it or not.
I wish it took me that much time to write the story in the first place.
I take it they give you some sort of feedback or not?
