Temptations.

I know this sounds completely bonkers but I also know that there will be more than one person out there who feels the way I do.
I have had a new notebook in  drawer for years. It is a beautiful notebook with crisp, lean white pages encased within the hard cover that is decorated with a picture of an angel and has the word "Dreams" written on it. This notebook is sooooooooo prreeettty and I have been reluctant to write in it since the day I got it and have had no difficulty in resisting the temptation.
However the temptation is getting too much for me today and I really want to write in it.

Doesn't sound bonkers at all :-) But go on, write in it :-) x

If you insist Frances.

I know what you mean. It's still thrilling to write in a new book, like breaking the seal of the coffee jar. The thing is, though, once you've written that first word, you have to carry on. That's the hard bit.

I totally understand. My other half bought me a moleskin notebook for a birthday. I'd wanted one for ages and it was nearly a year before I could bring myself to write in it. I just didn't want to spoil the pristine pages!

I can TOTALLY relate to this. I just found a gorgeous notebook in the glove compartment in the car, bought for it's pretty cover and full of snowy white pages I can't bear to write on!
