Have you ever hit the send button on an email the second before you think should I really be doing this? Please tell me you have - even if its not true because it'll make me feel better.

Me too, Colette - especially when I'm excited about submitting something. I recently spent ages getting a submission 'perfect' (ha ha) - wrote the 'perfect' covering e-mail - and then sent it without attaching the submission. It's worse when you realise as soon as you've hit 'send'! x

I've done that a few times in my day job Sheila. Why is it that you notice it just after you've pressed the send button?
