Allas turnaround
Does anyone have any idea what the Allas turnaround time is at the moment? I had a rejection from them some time ago and that took a month. They have had another of my stories much longer than that. This is the only experience that I have of this magazine so I don't know what is normal.

It does seem to vary Collette. I've had them accept something within a month, but like you have had stories with them much longer.
All the magazines seem to be the same to be honest, apart from People's Friend who always reject within the week!
Sorry, I've never sent them anything. But I would have thought the longer they hold onto something the better.
Will keep fingers crossed.

Glad to hear it's not just me that gets rejected within the week by PF. To be honest mine always seem to arrive back here the day after it arrived there.

Isn't it just Lily. Nothing yet though. I've just checked and they've had it since 10th March so it's only been 2 months. It's just that that is a lot longer than they held onto the other one. Maybe its a good sign. Fingers crossed.
